The Bocas Sustainable Tourism Alliance (BSTA) initiates and participates in conservation efforts to preserve the cultural and ecological landscape of Bocas del Toro, Panama.

Our mission, to support sustainable tourism development, promote responsible travel that sustains and enhances the geographical character of the place—our environment, culture, aesthetics, heritage, and the well-being of our residents while giving incentives for travelers to understand and protect the local culture and environment they are visiting.

The Bocas Sustainable Tourism Alliance (BSTA) is a destination management organization composed of Bocas del Toro's many tourism-based enterprises.
